The Best Western Hotel 501 Tunnel Road The Best Western project took place over the summer of 2008 and was completed in early fall. This was a renovation project, that entailed demolition of the Ponchos restaurant which had been closed for two years, and also updating and expanding the current lobby and breakfast area. The old restaurant area was completely demolished, leaving only the roof, slab, and supporting columns. We then took that empty space and added seven new hotel rooms, each with there own bathroom and in room jacuzi tub. The lobby and breakfast area was expanded to almost twice its original size. The entire space was updated and an handicap accessible bathroom was added along with all necessary ramps and grab rails.

Windswept Condominiums on beucatcher mountain in Asheville, is a 76 unit complex with 19 buildings. We replaced the 2nd floor entry steps to each building over a one and a half month period. Each set of steps had to be completed in one day to accommodate the residence so that no one was unable to access their unit over night. There were a couple of close calls with cold and rain, but our crews were able to work around these obstacles and put in the extra hours to get the job done.
