We replaced all decking, handrails, and post. This included a new footer and lateral bracing at corner post.

Below is an 1,100 sq/ft basement we finished off and transformed into a one bedroom apartment at 43 Clear Vista. The project was completed in only seven weeks! It also involved taking out their hot water heater and installing a tank-less one, and upgrading their HVAC system to a more efficient 3 zoned system.
